Overview: SalesFlow is a sales analytics dashboard designed to help teams monitor performance, track KPIs, and make faster decisions. The challenge: translate high-density data into a clean, scannable interface that guides attention to what actually matters.


Design Decisions:
Clear visual hierarchy: summary KPIs at top, detailed breakdowns below
Data visualisation choices selected for clarity (bar charts for comparisons, line charts for trends)
Consistent grid layout — every element has a logical position and visual weight
Used a modern blue (#0065FF) for primary brand color, and deep blue (#0052CC) as secondary brand color.
The "Inter" typeface delivers clear hierarchy and digital-readability.
Card-based structure, minimalist icons, and interactive buttons provide clarity and intuitive navigation across desktop and mobile.
Responsive layout for both large monitors and laptop screens
High contrast, concise copy, and visual cues (badges, color states) support easy use by all team members.

Key Learnings: Dashboard design is fundamentally about prioritisation. The most important decision isn't what to show — it's what to show first. Less is almost always more in data-heavy interfaces.
