Overview: Ruvo is a modern budget tracking app built for young professionals and students who want to manage their money without stress. It combines AI-driven savings insights, automated expense categorisation, and personalised budgets behind a clean, minimal interface.
The Problem: Most budgeting apps are overwhelming — they throw numbers at users without context or motivation. Young professionals end up abandoning them because the interface feels like a chore, not a tool.
Design Approach:
Concept Definition – Defined the core problem and goals: simplifying financial tracking for users.
Information Architecture – Structured app sections for clear navigation (Dashboard, Transactions, Budgets, Insights, Profile).
Wireframing & Flow Mapping – Created user journeys to ensure logical task flow and intuitive screen hierarchy.
Visual Design – Developed a high-fidelity UI using a teal-based colour palette, minimalist typography, and calming visual tone..
